Qualification Details WCD Bijapur Recruitment 2023

Consultant

1. M.S. W. Degree / Degree in Clinical Psychology.

2. At least 03 years’ experience of working as a Psychiatrist or Counselor in a reputed Mental Health Institute / Clinic at District/State level.

3. It is necessary to have knowledge of computer.

case worker

1.Degree in Law or M.S. W’s degree.

2. Work experience of at least 3 years on issues of violence against women in Government or non-Government organization.

3.Preference will be given to the local residents of the district for human resource and effective operation of the centre.

4. It is necessary to have knowledge of computer. 

multipurpose assistant

Female passed in 8th class with minimum 3 years experience of working as Peon/Helper. Maximum educational qualification will be given priority.

1. Consultant – ₹20,000/-

Selection Process WCD Bijapur Recruitment 2023

For Consultant – 60 marks giving weightage of 100 marks on percentage obtained in educational qualification. 02 marks for each year in excess of the required experience for the post subject to a maximum of 20 marks. 10 marks interview for 1 year computer diploma certificate from a recognized institution will be of 10 marks, in which communication knowledge, legal knowledge and decision making ability will be based on knowledge.

For Case Worker – 60 marks giving weightage of 100 marks on the percentage obtained in the prescribed minimum educational qualification. 02 marks for each year in excess of the required experience for the post subject to a maximum of 25 marks. 05 marks for 1-year computer diploma certificate from a recognized institution and interview will be of 10 marks, which will be based on communication knowledge, legal knowledge and decision making ability.

Multi-Purpose Assistant: – 80 marks giving weightage of 100 marks to the percentage obtained in the prescribed minimum educational qualification, 02 marks maximum 20 marks for each year if the experience is more than required for the post.
