The stock market jumped as soon as it opened, Sensex rose by 415 points, Nifty also gained

Share Market Update: Amid strong signals from the global market and the rise in the US market, trading in the Indian domestic stock market has started with a boom today. On Tuesday (September 20) on the second day of this trading week, both Sensex and Nifty opened on the green mark in the Indian domestic stock market.

In early trade, the Bombay Stock Exchange’s major sensitive index Sensex (BSE Sensex) opened at 59,556 with a gain of 415 points today. Whereas NSE’s Nifty has opened at the level of 17,770 with a gain of about 148 points. In this way, for the second consecutive week of this trading week, both Sensex and Nifty are seen doing strongly.

A total of 1,776 companies started trading in the BSE today. In which 1,221 companies’ shares opened up and 445 opened with a fall. While the share prices of 110 companies are stable. At the same time, 94 shares are trading at the 52-week high level and 6 stocks are trading at the 52-week low.

Rupee opens with strength of 7 paise against dollar

Against the dollar in the international market, the rupee today opened with a strength of 7 paise at Rs 79.70. Earlier on the previous trading day on Monday, the rupee had closed at Rs 79.77 with a weakness of 3 paise against the dollar.

Monday (September 19): The Sensex closed at 59,141 with a gain of 300 points, while the Nifty climbed 91 points to close at 17,622 points.

Friday (16 September): The Sensex closed at 58,840, down 1,093 points, while the Nifty closed at 17,530, down 346 points.

Thursday (15 September): The Sensex closed at 59,934 points, down 413 points. While Nifty closed 126 points down at 17,877 points.

Wednesday (14 September): Sensex closed 224 points down at 60,346, while Nifty closed 66 points lower at 18,003 points.

Tuesday (13 September): The Sensex closed with a gain of 455 points at 60,571, while the Nifty gained 133 to close above the 18,000 mark.
