decline in many areas
Despite this improvement in the overall service quality, many such areas of passenger service have also come up in the survey. In which lower marks have been obtained in the second quarter (April-June) as compared to the first quarter (January-March) of the year, which is showing the decline in these areas. Senior officials of Patna Airport have cited the construction of the terminal as a major reason for this. Due to this, there has been a lot of space shortage at many places, due to which the level of passenger service has been affected. However, the airport authority’s effort is to continuously improve it, which has resulted in an increase in the overall service quality ranking.
