Government offers scholarships for EaD courses throughout the national territory

The MEC (Ministry of Education) is offering more than 100 courses for free and online. The course will have classes taught by the Learn More platform, an initiative of the ministry itself, designed to expand access to quality education for students across the country. 40-hour courses will be offered in the following areas:

  • Environment and Health;
  • Exact Sciences;
  • Human Sciences;
  • Educational and Social Development;
  • Business management;
  • Language, Languages ​​and Literature;
  • Information and Communication;
  • Food Production;
  • Cultural Production and Design;
  • Natural resources;
  • Safety;
  • Tourism;
  • Hospitality and Leisure.

In addition to these areas, the platform offers a variety of courses in the field of health, such as courses in biology and epidemiology. Within the human sciences, students can choose philosophy, geography or history of Brazil.

How to register?

To register on the platform, just follow the step by step:

  • Step 1: Enter the Learn More website;
  • Step 2: Enter the necessary data and create an account with login and password;
  • Step 3: When entering, inform the created login and password;
  • Step 4: On the home page, the user can choose the course he wants to follow from the various options found on the home menu.

After completing the registration, the student will receive information about the classes and the course content, in addition to the mandatory workload to obtain the certificate. Within the platform, the student also has access to their progress in each enrolled course, as well as the activities and assessments that have been completed.

The platform was created by the Ministry of Education to expand the offer of free courses and allow access to education in a democratic way. For this, the platform has a variety of courses within more than 10 areas of knowledge. The platform’s goal is to reach 820,000 active students by the year 2025.
