What are the requirements? How to participate?

It is necessary to have invoices that are overdue for more than 3 months; for this group, exemption from fines, interest and monetary correction will be offered. For those who are overdue for more than a year, a 25% discount on the invoice will also be offered.

To pay, you can use Pix or credit card. In addition, customers who use RecargaPay to pay with a credit card will get a R$20 discount using the NEO20 coupon; this happens because the payment platform and the company have a partnership.

According to the Superintendent of Revenue Management at Neoenergia, Marcelo Arnaud, the conditions posed by the action will make many customers stay up to date with their debts, and he considers that no similar action has ever taken effect there.
