Government hits hammer on continuity of Vale Gás in 2023

Vale Gás is one of the aids present in the daily lives of several families in Brazil. With a new president elected to govern next year, the directions for this social program are being questioned and debated, however, the prediction is that the gas voucher will continue to exist with changes in its structure.

The president-elect, Lula (PT), at the time he was president of Brazil, created well-known social programs, such as Bolsa Família and Minha Casa, Minha Vida, and therefore, it is believed that he will continue the gas voucher in the years of your government. However, the value of this benefit would be 50% of the amount paid on average for a gas cylinder, and not 100% of the value.

Still in the presidential campaign, Lula promised that he will reduce the taxes charged on fuels, such as gasoline, and also on the amount charged on cooking gas. Check below for details about the gas voucher and how it works.
